I had a great experience at Medicina Pharmacy at Circle Mall. The staff are very professional and friendly. A special thanks to Mr. Chandrasekar for his excellent customer service, He was very polite, knowledgeable, and helpful in guiding me with my medications. Truly appreciate his support and kindness. I contacted the pharmacy urgently on the last valid day of my prescription to check if a specific medication was available. In the morning, I was informed that it was available and that I could pick it up after 3 PM. However, when I arrived at 5 PM, I was told it could not be dispensed because the authorized staff member was no longer available. This situation caused significant inconvenience, as I had to manage a time-sensitive prescription. I would suggest improving internal communication or providing clearer guidance to customers regarding staff availability to avoid such misunderstandings in the future.
