Very disappointing experience. We waited almost one hour just to receive already-prescribed medicine. With kids waiting, this was extremely frustrating — they were already playing outside because of how long it took. There was no proper explanation for the delay. Ended up going to Viva pharmacy next door, which was much faster. This level of waiting time is unacceptable for a pharmacy.
