I am writing to share my recent experience with your clinic. I called to inquire if a pediatrician was available for my 2-year-old son, who would be visiting for the first time. The staff member who answered initially asked who the patient was, and after I explained, she simply responded that no pediatrician was available. What I found concerning was that the question about the patient seemed unnecessary if the answer would simply be that no doctor was available. It gave the impression that availability might depend on who the patient is, which is quite disappointing. This was a very unpleasant experience, and honestly, the first time I have encountered such service from a clinic here in Dubai. I hope you can address this and improve how inquiries are handled in the future.”
