I came for a physiotherapy session. The therapist Nermeen Nasr Mesiha said she would explain the procedure and never did. She set up a laser machine and directed it at my shoulder without saying what it is for until I asked and she abruptly left the room until i called her back in since no treatment plan was explained. She said laser isn't a must and I asked her if there are any side effects she denied. I felt uncomfortable and asked to leave the session. She said sit so I can do a manual therapy for you which I rejected given the lack of trust in the while methodology which lacked transparency. I left the room and asked for the concession form she had me sign, she printed a wrong one that I am sharing here as evidence. This was after claiming that Printer wasn't working. She deleted the actual consent form after I contensted. It is now removed from their records. Terrible experience truly. I do not know how some medical staff find it so easy to dismiss patients pain and how they can be so unprofessional on many levels.

I highly recommend Ms. Kusum Jham for physiotherapy treatment. She is incredibly kind, compassionate, and genuinely takes the time to understand her patients’ concerns while working diligently towards their recovery and overall well-being. When I first started my physiotherapy sessions, I was in severe pain after having my foot immobilized in a cast twice. My foot was swollen, and I was struggling with daily activities.
