First time in this clinic and all the staffs are warmly welcome to the patient. Especially nurse Ruby and MRI conductor Abdul , who are very well trained and professional to the patient. The receptionist Filipino lady Isabella pia the same , well trained and professional. Full credit to them .
I had a rather painful case of tennis elbow in my right arm which I was struggling to rest properly due to daily chores and activities (lifting a kettle, propping up pillows etc). I was referred to Dr Qader Mohiuddin for physiotherapy sessions and following his advice over the 10 sessions, my elbow is so much better and I am able to do my daily tasks pain free as well as resume my upper body strength training. Dr Qader advised me about rest and strengthening exercises I could do at home and tips on how to manage the inflammation. We used several therapies to help accelerate the healing process and a month into treatment I feel my tendonitis is almost gone. Thank you Dr Qader and the Med Care team.
Dr. Ghada Ibrahim is the BEST. She is full of knowledge, experience, and genuine empathy. I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better expert in gynecology to look after me. She performed a procedure for me and it was perfect. What really stood out was her communication at every stage — she explains everything clearly and often answers questions before you even think to ask them. She takes the time to give patients the information and reassurance they need, always with a big smile and a truly kind heart. Honestly, to my fellow women out there: if you are looking for a gynecologist who will support you throughout your whole womanhood journey, Dr. Ghada is the one. I should also say that the whole Medcare practice is outstanding — the receptionists and nurses are all wonderful, professional, and very caring. It really makes the entire experience feel supportive from the moment you walk in.
Went for MRI there and nurse Shan was so helpful and managed to find my vein perfectly and did it without pain. And technician Abdoo was so gd and helpful and made it fast and smooth. Much appreciated 😊
