Dr. Shubha Saldanha is an excellent eye specialist. She took the time to listen to my concerns and provided the right guidance and treatment. Her approach is very reassuring and professional. I truly appreciate her care and would definitely recommend her.
The nurse- people on the reception- doctor are not in contact at all. Its not professional. I felt like i had to explain my self everytime and like no one really cares. Like im talking to robots. Not the best experience will not come again. Doctor was nice sahar i believe. But the nurses have to make better communication with the patients, although it was empty. One was full on ignoring me when i talk to her.
Honestly, Dr. Suha Ismail is an exceptional doctor. She is genuinely caring, deeply understanding, and highly professional. She takes her time to explain every detail clearly and patiently, ensuring you never feel rushed or unheard. You leave her clinic fully understanding your condition and feeling truly reassured and at ease. It is rare to find a physician who combines knowledge, integrity, and patience in such a remarkable way.
Worst experience ever with Dr. Malak Alrawi — not recommended at all. She seemed more focused on prescribing medication than explaining the patient’s condition. On my very first visit, without even properly listening to what I was going through, she prescribed hormonal medication because she insisted that I had endometriosis. My report later showed that I had an infection, yet I received neither my lab report nor a call from the doctor explaining the diagnosis. Instead, the pharmacist called me simply to say that I had medication ready to pick up. When I complained that I wanted to know what I had, or at least receive my report, the doctor called the next day and, without even saying “hi” or “good morning,” started the conversation with: “Yes, what do you want?i don’t do tele consultations here” Really, Medcare — is this normal? How do you accept such an attitude in your hospitals?
I would like to express my sincere appreciation and gratitude to my dermatologist Dr. Mousumee Nanda for the exceptional care and professionalism she has shown since my very first visit. From the beginning, she has been incredibly attentive, patient, and supportive, making me feel comfortable and confident throughout my treatment. It is rare to find a doctor who combines such expertise with kindness and compassion. I am very grateful for her care and support, and I truly appreciate the effort she puts into helping her patients feel better and heal properly.
