I have generally had a good experience with Medcare. The location is convenient, the staff are very polite and kind, and the doctors/specialists I have dealt with have been professional and helpful. However, my recent lab report experience was very frustrating, especially because the results were time-sensitive. I needed urgent lab results for travel purposes, but the report that was uploaded did not actually show the result. Instead, it simply said “please find attached file,” without making the actual result visible in the report. For an urgent medical/travel-related test, this is not acceptable. Patients should not have to chase basic lab results or receive incomplete-looking reports when timing matters. Overall, I still think Medcare is a good facility with good doctors and generally nice people, but the lab/reporting process needs improvement. It can sometimes feel slow, and this specific experience was disappointing. I hope Medcare takes this feedback seriously and improves how urgent lab results are uploaded and communicated to patients.

I cannot recommend Dr. Rahul Shinde (Orthopedic) at Medcare Marina highly enough. A week ago, I woke up with such excruciating pain in my left big toe that I literally could not put weight on my foot or walk. I've visited the Medcare clinic in Marina a few times before for other reasons, it is clean, very organized, with very frendly staff who greet you with warmth and respect. I was taken to Dr. Rahul took his time to listen patiently—he didn't rush the consultation and genuinely cared about understanding my symptoms. He identified the problem almost immediately and charted out a plan to ease the pain. For me, although it's a slightly longer process to complete healing, I am thrilled to say that with his prescription, the pain had subsided by almost 70% within 24 hours and now, one week later, I already feel like I’m back to normal. I had to write this reiew because it is rare to find a physician who not only has high-level expertise but also listens and understands with compassion. So, if you are reading this, you're probably considering Medcare Marina, then go for it. And, if it is Orthopedic care that you need, Dr. Rahul and the team at Medcare Marina are definately one of the best choices.
