I had a very disappointing experience at Medcare on Al Taawun Street. I had an ultrasound appointment booked for 9:00 AM and I arrived early at 8:30 AM. The reception area was completely empty and I was the only patient there. Despite arriving early and being the first one, I was only admitted at 9:20 AM. If appointments are given to patients, the doctor and staff should respect the scheduled time. Unfortunately, this did not happen, and it shows a lack of organization and consideration for patients’ time. Overall, it was a terrible experience and I do not plan to return again. I hope they improve their service and punctuality in the future.
