I had a really lovely experience at Med Care today. The place was spotless and very well maintained, which made such a positive difference. A special thank you to Tanmyah, the housekeeping company, and to Beli and Santsho for their excellent work — everything was so clean and fresh. Also, appreciation to Supervisor Renuka for clearly leading such a great team. It really shows. Highly recommended!
Such a disjointed service. I have been doctors 2 times in 5 years, and things like this make it justified. Saw dermatologist at 5:30. Appointment and treatment agreed and done by 5:35pm. Go to pharmacist; “some delay. I’ll call you” so I waited patiently for 35 minutes. Went back “still awaiting something” - here’s the best part; same thing happened to my wife 2 weeks ago and she waited 1.5 hours. I have other meetings and appointments, so I left. Untreated. What a waste of my time. Exactly why I don’t go to doctors. The sheer slowness and failure of process is shocking.
