DubaiMed AI Analysis

Medcare Medical Centre, Al Barajeel shows consistently positive patient feedback for physiotherapy care (multiple recent 5-star reviews praising specific therapists) and is part of the JCI-accredited Medcare network. Evidence is strong for musculoskeletal/physio services but sparse or absent on facilities, access, and pricing for this specific branch.

Best For

Patients seeking physiotherapy and musculoskeletal rehabilitation in Mirdif, Dubai.

Pros

  • Multiple recent patient reviews praise physiotherapists (Ms. Batoul, Ms. Maab) for effective, attentive care and measurable recovery.
  • Part of the Medcare network, which the website identifies as JCI-accredited in Dubai & Sharjah (network-level quality signal).
  • Reception/staff friendliness noted by patients in reviews.

Considerations

  • One detailed negative review alleges inadequate physiotherapy care that aggravated a post-surgical injury — indicates occasional quality variability.

I am so grateful I had my physiotherapy session with Ms. Maab! She is very gentle, sincere and focused. She listens attentively and works genuinely to help her client. I felt lighter after a single session, it was absolutely what I needed! I hope she continues in Mirdiff for me to continue my sessions there, as my previous experience with physio at the same branch was rushed and left me unsatisfied.. Thank you very much Ms. Maab! الله يسعدك ويوفقك 🤲🏼

Ms. BATOUL MKALLATI IS knowledgeable, highly professional, and genuinely invested in long-term patient recovery. Her ability to explain complex physical issues without confusing medical jargon. She didn't just treat my temporary pain; she identified the true root cause and taught me highly effective home exercises and self-care techniques to permanently prevent future re-injury.

I am writing this to share my deeply disappointing experience at Medcare (Burjeel) with Dr. Mariam Osama Sayed Gamal. I recently visited for urgent physiotherapy following surgery on my broken index finger. Unfortunately, the care I received was far from professional. Throughout the sessions, I felt that Dr. Mariam lacked the necessary expertise to handle my specific condition. Rather than following a proper, structured rehabilitation plan, the techniques she used felt incorrect and only aggravated my injury. Instead of helping me regain mobility, the treatment she provided significantly increased my pain. It has been a frustrating experience, as I strongly believe this improper care has set back my recovery timeline. I am disappointed to say that I did not receive the standard of treatment I expected. I cannot recommend Dr. Mariam Osama for physiotherapy, nor would I feel confident returning to this facility for similar care.
