The session was extremely well-organized and productive hosting it at home created a comfortable and focused environment that really enhanced the outcome.
Read through before you think of dealing with them. It took them three hours just to get home, and another three hours to send my prescription. To my surprise they sent me the wrong prescription !! Their WhatsApp communication is slow, sloppy, and unprofessional. In the end, you think you’re paying extra for convenience but convenience is the last thing you’ll actually get from them.

It’s a really very good initiative by Medcare as you can give sample at the comfort of your house or office without worrying of visiting the hospital and waiting in queue to give samples. Ms. Lovely came to collect my blood samples and she arrived before time and she was very friendly and polite. As I’m scared of needles she talked to me throughout the sample collection process to make me feel calm and comfortable. Really appreciated 👍
