Writing I visited the hospital last Saturday because I was experiencing severe spine pain. The nurses, doctor, and staff were all kind and helpful. The doctor examined me and advised that I start physiotherapy. I asked if it would be possible to receive physiotherapy in Sharjah since I live there. The nurse told me to wait for a call regarding the arrangement. However, it has now been four days and I still have not received any update. I have called several times, but I keep being transferred from one agent to another. I was told to wait for a call from the insurance company. What I don't understand is why the insurance company needs to call me directly. Shouldn't the hospital coordinate with the insurance provider and send the necessary medical reports for physiotherapy approval? Unfortunately, after four days, there has been no progress and I feel that my case is being overlooked. Patients with urgent medical concerns should receive timely assistance and follow-up, but so far I have not experienced that.

Dr. Nicola Vagic is an amazing specialist- I came from another hospital with doubt and hesitation about my condition and from the first consultation he settled any of my doubts with his knowledge and professionalism. My surgery was swiftly and smoothly processed, and after my procedure Sona my nurse was the same high calibre. Impeccable service from the consistent nurse visits to the food service, I would highly recommend this hospital even for just these 2 individuals alone but even now post surgery, I’m still very impressed and assured that I’m in good hands with each visit from everyone in the team. Kudos!

I recently visited Medcare Orthopaedics & Spine Hospital with a broken leg, and I have to give a special thanks to Deepak he truly made all the difference. From the very first moment I arrived, Deepak was incredibly kind, attentive, and proactive. He immediately got me a wheelchair and took me straight to the emergency reception, which meant my case was registered quickly and I received care much faster. He personally accompanied me to the doctor, and while I was getting my X-ray done, he went ahead and collected my medication so I wouldn’t have to wait around. He assisted me through every single step from the X-ray room all the way to helping me get back into the car when I was leaving. His attention to detail and genuine care made what could have been a stressful and painful experience feel seamless and comfortable. I quite literally felt like a princess the level of service and personal attention reminded me of Cleveland Clinic Abu Dhabi. What says the most about Deepak is that he never once asked me for a review. I only came across the review QR code through one of his coworkers and decided on my own to write this because he genuinely deserves the recognition. That’s the mark of someone who helps because they truly care, not for praise. Deepak is exactly the kind of person who elevates a hospital’s reputation. More staff like him, please!
