DubaiMed AI Analysis

MED7 Nad Al Hamar Pharmacy appears to be a neighborhood pharmacy with multiple positive customer reviews praising staff service (notably an employee named Mr. Lahiru Bandara) and an online platform promising fast home delivery. Evidence is limited: the website emphasizes e-commerce and 45‑minute delivery but provides no clinical credentials or facility details, and there is one strong negative review about refusal to dispense a medicine.

Best For

Patients seeking quick prescription/OTC fulfillment and home delivery of medicines, supplements or personal care items in Dubai.

Pros

  • Multiple 5‑star reviews praising helpful, well‑dressed staff and specific pharmacist (Mr. Lahiru Bandara).
  • Online pharmacy platform with claims of fast (45‑minute) delivery and free delivery over 49 AED.
  • Overall good Google rating (4.5/5) suggesting generally positive customer sentiment.

Considerations

  • No visible clinical credentials, accreditations or staff qualifications on the website.
  • At least one review complaining about untrained pharmacists and refusal to supply a regularly obtained medicine.

Mostly positive customer reviews and an online delivery service raise convenience and patient‑experience scores, but lack of published clinical credentials, sparse information on facilities, and a notable negative review reduce confidence in clinical quality and trustworthiness.
