I recently visited this pharmacy in Oud Metha with a prescription that was initially approved. However, after I received my medication, the insurance rejected the claim. Naturally, I was quite upset. Thankfully, Mr. Niyaz handled the situation incredibly well. Even though it took three days to resolve, he and his entire team followed up with the insurance company consistently. Their persistence paid off, and the claim was finally approved. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and dedication to resolving the issue. At last, I am fully satisfied with the service, and special thanks to Mr. Niyaz for his outstanding support!
