I had a very disappointing experience at this clinic. I had terrible experience with the gynecologist dr NEENA AGRAWAL, I paid 150 dirhams for a consultation with this gynecologist, but she barely explained anything about my situation. Instead, she simply told me to go for an ultrasound, which this branch does not even have, and directed me to another branch where the ultrasound would cost around 500 dirhams. I felt like I paid just to be redirected somewhere else, without receiving proper medical advice, explanation, or care. On top of that, while I was trying to explain my situation, the doctor answered phone calls three different times, even in the middle of our conversation. It felt very unprofessional and disrespectful. Overall, I left feeling ignored, unheard, and like my time and money were wasted. I would not recommend this experience to anyone looking for proper care.

His words gave me hope and peace during a very hard time. Along with proper medication, he gave me something even more important — emotional support and humanity. Doctors like him are rare.
