The worst pharmacy in UAE I was made order online before 11 days till now not received no one answer phone no one reply in WhatsApp After 1000 calls and messages they answer me that inshallah today of course nothing happened I returned again and make a lot of call and fighting with them 3 times lying 🤥 on me and till now not received my stuff
I went there just now to buy one box of surgical face mask. The Pharmacist refused to sell after having a phone call. Claiming she reserved it for a customer. So, I asked, is this reservation basis? If yes, i should have called and reserved. I told her i just need one box for the kids. She said NO. I asked for her name, because i work in Healthcare and would like to know if her action is justified. After telling her that I know medical and asked for her name, she sold one box to me. Med7 Pharmacy please take a look. This happened in Aspin Towet SZR. I told her before i leave to not do this to people.
Very good assistance from the pharmacy Manager Mr Mazhar. Has maintained covid conditions properly. Feels good upon visit. Great job Med7 team.
Worst service from DIP pharmacy. They don't give proper information to the customers. Saying sorry will not solve the problem. I will also be sending an email with proper documents.
