After placing my order at 11:10, I was informed that it would arrive within 15 minutes. However, I only received the order at 12:00, which is completely unacceptable. Additionally, I attempted to contact customer support more than ten times, but my calls were either not answered or were disconnected immediately. When I tried calling from another number, the call was suddenly answered, which makes the situation even more frustrating and unprofessional. This experience has caused significant inconvenience, and I expect an explanation as well as action to ensure this does not happen again.
