I had a very positive experience at Shifa Clinic. The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I would especially like to commend Ms. Kathleen for her exceptional service. She was very professional, accommodating, and attentive to my needs, ensuring that everything was handled smoothly. My recent experience at Med 7 Clinic was extremely disappointing, and unfortunately it will be my last visit. The clinic felt very unprofessional, especially at the reception. The Filipino receptionist I dealt with was not polite at all and her attitude was very uncomfortable. The way she spoke was unprofessional, and it honestly felt like she had a problem with every client rather than trying to help people in a respectful way. They initially refused to proceed with my blood test through the insurance. I had to personally call my insurance company myself just to tell them to move forward with the approval. This should have been handled properly by the clinic staff without putting the patient in that position. After doing the blood test, I tried to follow up on my results, and unfortunately the result will take more than 24 hrs. To the management: please hire the right people for such a sensitive place and seriously work on improving your customer service, communication, and patient handling. People come to clinics needing care and support, not stress and poor treatment.

I highly recommend Ms. Pooja for anyone looking for a skilled and caring physiotherapist. I had been suffering from shoulder pain and stiffness for more than 10 years, and after just 8 sessions, I have already experienced a significant improvement. My shoulders feel much more relaxed, and the pain has reduced considerably. Although I will need a few more sessions to achieve a full recovery, I am very happy and satisfied with the results so far. Ms. Pooja is incredibly friendly, professional, and an amazing therapist. She takes the time to understand the problem and provides effective treatment with great care and dedication. I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a HydraFacial with Dr. Asra, and I must say, it was a truly wonderful experience. They were incredibly accommodating in accepting me as a walk-in while I was in the area. From the moment I registered to the very end of the facial, everything was simply perfect. The staff exhibited exceptional professionalism, and the facility itself was impeccably clean and modern. I was absolutely delighted with the facial; it was thorough and addressed deep layers of the skin. Various devices were utilized, along with different LED light-infused serums, which, by the way, had a delightful fragrance. For the initial couple of days, my skin felt a bit tender as it healed from the facial, but now it looks fantastic and is wonderfully hydrated. I am certainly looking forward to returning for more sessions in the future with Dr Asra. All in all 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 from me....... Thank you !

Dr. Huma Jalil is truly amazing — kind, professional, and very caring. She always makes me feel comfortable, listens patiently, and explains everything clearly. I’m so grateful for her support and excellent care. Also, Nurse Devika, who took my blood sample, was incredibly skilled — I didn’t feel a single bit of pain. Honestly, all the staff are very friendly, welcoming, and easy to approach. Highly recommend this clinic and team!
