Dr. Soundara Rajan is a fantastic doctor—highly competent and genuinely cares for his patients. However, the clinic's patient management is incredibly frustrating. Even if you are the very first patient of the day and the doctor is already there, you will still end up wasting hours waiting around for absolutely no reason. The staff has zero efficiency when it comes to managing scheduling and patient flow.
Fully satisfied with the experience at Al Arif team..staffs were so gentle and professional..thanks to Ms.shehana ,the receptionist for her warm and friendly support. Heartfelt thanks to Dr.umair....Even though we were the last patient of the day, he was extremely patient, kind and attentive..He listened carefully to us and provided the best treatment. Highly recommended for their professionalism and compassionate care.
Zero stars for this medical center. The staff are so rude and unprofessional. Firstly the Dr.didnt even assess me during the consultation and then ordered blood tests from consultation without any thorough examination. The nurse was extremely unwelcoming during blood collection. Now it has been 4 days since I gave sample and still no update. When I call or message them, extremely late replies and when they answer they said it has not been approved by insurance, so without the approval why did they proceed with the blood collection. Now when I keep on messaging they said collect your money from the clinic!!! What kind of medical service is this. Being a healthcare professional myself I understand the importance of empathy. But it was like they didn't have any left. Extremely non recommended medical center, Zero stars for all the staff

I had a very disappointing experience at Med7 Clinic on 7 March. I arrived earlier and waited almost 2 hours, and finally entered the room of Dr. Paul Francis at around 11:15 PM. Instead of a professional consultation, the doctor immediately started saying that I came at the wrong time and that he was extremely busy. He even mentioned that he was so busy that he had not even been able to take a sip of his tea. With respect, how is that the patient’s fault? If the doctor already knows he is too busy to see more patients, the responsible approach would be to inform reception to stop accepting further patients instead of making someone wait for hours and then blaming the patient. When I politely asked for an exact appointment time for the next day so I wouldn’t have to wait again, the response was simply that he is not responsible and that I should talk to reception. Patients come to a clinic for medical care and basic respect. Waiting for hours and then being spoken to in a rude and dismissive manner is not acceptable. I hope the management of Med7 Clinic takes this matter seriously and improves how patients are treated.
