The staff were friendly and helpful, and I appreciate their efforts. However, I was disappointed with some aspects of my visit. My eyebrow procedure appeared rushed, and the final result was not fully aligned as expected. I was also concerned about patient privacy. During the procedure, people were allowed to come in and look inside the treatment area, which made me feel uncomfortable. I believe patient privacy and confidentiality should be better maintained. As I traveled a long distance for this appointment, I expected more attention to detail and privacy. I hope the clinic will improve these areas in the future. This states the concern clearly without sounding rude or aggressive.
we arrived around 4:30 for our laser apointment but ending start on or before 7pm. we are also informed that theres a male laser technician from lebanon but ending a girl do the job. after the treatment i dont feel any treatment was done. im totally not satisfied, even its just 149 for full body without front and back i dont see that its worth the money and time as well.
