Visited the new hospital for the first time yesterday and saw Dr. Eunice for my 3 years old kid. My appointment was on time and the staff at the clinic were very helpful and professional. The place was very neat and clean. The hospitality in this place is beyond any expectations, starting from the fresh welcome drink to the multivitamins giveaway they give to visitors. Dr. Eunice is very knowledgeable and extremely kind with the kids. She is a great pediatric and very considerate to her patients. She takes the time to listen to all my concerns and explains everything in details. I will definitely recommend MBF hospital to all my friends and colleagues.
There was a lady who claims to be the “Manager” of the clinic who was extremely rude and she lacks ethics. We entered the clinic wanted to check on my brother, who was a patient there.. She rudely told us that it’s prohibited to visit the patient( Our Brother) allegedly speaking. And then she rudely was commenting on each conversation between myself and my brother. She is an Iraqi lady who claims to be the manager as I mentioned earlier. She is disrespectful, her name was Aida Al Achora. There should be severe actions taking against this woman. Because we an UAE and this kind of behavior is not tolerated around here.
Strange and bad experience. Dr.Anees was a real kind and professional Doctor. All the staff were nice, however, there is a female staff who claimed to be a doctor. She was mean and rude and behaved in a very bad way as we were someone who were working for her and we must follow her orders. She didn’t introduce herself and her role and as per the common sense, the receptionist should talk to the patients and their escorts/family. I requested to go to room or hall in which he was being take care of by the nurse and the doctor. The female self claimed manager has made it difficult to just go and be beside my brother. After the treatment, I came with my brother the patient to pay the bell , she brought the ATM machine and we asked if there is any possible discount through FAZAA OR ESAAD card, she was rude and answered in un necessary way that they don’t have a discount. Then she didn’t give us a detailed bill. She brought a QR CODE and asked my patient brother to evaluate their medical centre. The mistake that I made is that I didn’t scan the QR CODE as she requested so that I really evaluate her or the medical centre as per what really happened. Thanks Dr.Anees but no thanks to the rude female “self claimed manager “
