Positive member experiences around staff, equipment variety and an on-site café lift the offering, but frequent reports of broken equipment, hygiene/locker problems, AC and parking issues — plus no evidence of clinical qualifications or formal credentials — lower its suitability as a healthcare/rehab destination.

Great gym and great staff 👌. Has every machine and free-weight for anyone serious about bodybuilding. Not busy, never had to wait to use a machine. And has a great cafe for healthy meals and protein drinks. Pricing is also very fair too. The staff are just the best - yesterday they even helped fix my car for me when I was struggling in the parking area ☺️. Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Mixed feelings about this one. Gym is not too bad and shabby, but it is a little congested because of the space and the number of equipments. They have a lots of varieties of equipments to work with. The locker and shower rooms are pretty nice. About things that are disappointing, there are bags kept everywhere at the entrance by customers that come to work out, it’s pretty messy that way, the AC doesn’t work as it should and there are no parking spaces. If you’re lucky enough you’ll get a spot on the pavement right outside or else.. Some of the equipments are pretty old, which questions the fee they charge. It’s a little overpriced for the quality of most of the equipments and the unavailability of parking spaces. Not too bad of a gym, but for the amount they charge, there are so many better options you can look for in Dubai.

Title: A Max Burn Experience That Left Me With Minimal Satisfaction I'm always one to give credit where it's due, so I'll start by saying that the receptionists at Max Burn are truly lovely—friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Unfortunately, that is where the positives end. Client Bags in Walking Paths: Having to dodge gym bags while walking through the gym is not only inconvenient but also a potential hazard. Unsanitary Toilets: No one wants to see a dirty toilet, especially at a place where hygiene should be a priority. AC Ineffectiveness: Sweating in a gym is expected, but sweating because the AC doesn't work effectively is unacceptable. Poor Hygiene Practices: I never saw anyone wiping down machines or even using towels. This is both unhygienic and disrespectful to other members. No Floor Staff: If you run into an issue or need assistance, you're pretty much on your own. The absence of floor staff is palpable. Parking Issues: Finding parking is a game of luck, and when you do find it, your car ends up covered in dust due to the nearby cement factory, the road is literally white from the dust. Non-functional CCTV: My car was hit in the parking lot, and when I approached the manager for assistance, I was informed the cameras were not working. Unresponsive Manager: Khalid, the manager, promised to reach out to me about resolving the car issue but never did. I even saw him working out instead of attending to clients. In summary, while the receptionists do their best to offer a warm welcome, the gym itself fails to provide a satisfactory experience on almost every other level. I do hope Max Burn can turn things around, but until then, I'm taking my business elsewhere

The gym is big and has all equipment required. However, there were many missing elements. This is my first time here but definitely my last. The lockers in the women’s locker room were all full and locked except one despite me being the second female there (and that particular locker had a broken lock). The locker room is technically a bathroom with some lockers. I was only exercising 2 muscle groups and managed to come across 3 machines that were broken. There were 2 children running around the gum below the age of 7 or 8. There were only 2 women other than myself, one that joined after. There is no parking outside. Not sure why Adv+ would add this gym given that I am paying a good amount yearly for the full access membership. However I will continue visiting different venues and reviewing the places Adv+ have in their membership. I hope this helps.

Thank you Max Burn- the equipment and range is impressive. The boxing area serves its function and the bathrooms have always been clean whenever I have used them. I appreciate the cafe and supplements store too. Friendly staff and patrons just getting on with their own business. 2 thumbs up
