I have been a loyal customer for years and have recommended this place to many friends and family members who also became customers. That’s why today’s experience was especially disappointing. I suffer from anxiety, and I come here to relax and reduce stress. Unfortunately, the environment was extremely noisy throughout my massage, both from inside and outside the treatment area. This is not the first time I have experienced this issue, and I was previously told it would not happen again. Instead of leaving relaxed, I felt anxious, tense, and stressed throughout the session. I even experienced discomfort and pain in my legs because I was unable to relax. I raised the issue during my appointment, but by then most of my session had already passed. I come here to relax and unwind, and I pay for a peaceful experience. Unfortunately, today’s experience felt like a waste of both my time and money. Based on the service I received today, I cannot recommend this place.
I’m really disappointed because we’ve been loyal customers for years, but after today, we won’t be returning. We were literally on the phone with them while on our way, yet as soon as we arrived, they told us the appointment was cancelled. The lady on the phone was incredibly rude and dismissive, even going as far as to blame us and complain that they were losing money, which was completely unfair and rude we even told it was due to traffic as Dubai traffic these days are so bad!. It’s a shame to see such poor communication and a total lack of consideration for long-time customers never coming back.
Today I said no more to the body pain and rushed to my favourite massage place in Mirdiff Mary Food Spa, I love this place I always bring my mom and my daughter ...Shilla is a pure exception the most blessed hands I encountered....she is so good I booked for the second massage with her immediately ! Highly reccomend !
Worst experience ever.. it’s not even 10 minutes and pedicure is finish and said tats it. And when I complaint about this in reception they don’t even bother to reply. I will never suggest this place to anyone and I will pass this news to all my group.
I have been coming here for about 7 years and one day had a confirmed appointment and arrived on time, only to be told in person that they “don’t want to service me because cutting my nails takes too long.” And they wouldn’t accommodate me anymore and accept my appointments anymore. There was no prior communication, no warning when booking, and no attempt to accommodate or reschedule professionally. If nail length affects service time, that should be discussed when confirming the appointment — not after a customer shows up. I tried multiple times again and still no clear explanation and same treatment. Very disappointing experience and extremely unprofessional handling of a confirmed booking. I would not recommend scheduling here unless you’re prepared to be turned away without notice.
