Hi, Ugne here! I just had my hair done by Ekaterina, and I genuinely think she’s one of the best hairdressers I’ve ever been to—and I’ve been living in Dubai for over 15 years. This is honestly one of my favorite hairstyles I’ve ever had. What makes it even more special is how she made me feel. It’s been such a long time since a hair appointment left me feeling truly beautiful, and today I walked out absolutely glowing. I’m so happy—I just want to show my new hair to everyone! On top of her incredible skills, Ekaterina also has the warmest, loveliest personality. She makes you feel so comfortable and cared for throughout the whole experience. I will definitely be going back to her. Ekaterina, you’re the best. Thank you!
There’s no transparency or consistency in the pricing. Every time I come here I get a x2 higher price than that in the range in the catalog or communicated by the receptionist. Unfortunately, all the good hairdressers have left. Last time I did a blowdry, the hairdresser was extremely rough and aggressive, and used the highest heat option (which was unnecessary for my hair), the smell of burnt hair was all over the place. I’d recommend Ecaterina, though. She’s the only good one left.
