am giving one star to Marina Pharmacy DIFC, not for their customer service—the team is wonderful—but for their use of the cheapest and ugliest plastic bags. These bags are not environmentally friendly, they stain hands, use harmful ink, and while the world is moving towards using at least paper bags, Marina is going backwards harming the eco system
I’ve been working in the DIFC for 6 months now and as a very allergic and sensitive person I often need to purchase pharmacy items. The service of this pharmacy has always been impecable. They have a large variety of medicines and their space is very clean and well organized. But what makes me come back to this pharmacy every time is their pharmacist. She is a very kind, helpful and knowledgeable woman that will advise you in any health setback. Last month I had a severe food poisoning and only trusted this pharmacy to buy my medicines in. 100% recommend this branch.
I cannot say enough about the customer care and service Hyzel provided at this pharmacy. The knowledge, professionalism and assistance is above and beyond anywhere else I have experienced. Hyzel truly care about her client’s wellbeing, are so supportive and took the extra time to ensure each client is looked after. I have always been greeted with a smile and my questions or concerns have always been answered right away. She has been my go to every time I need to buy medicines and would highly recommend! Best Service and Pharmacy so far.
Was sold some painkillers today with the expiry date in less than 2 months! For a full price might I add. There is absolutely no way I am going to use up the entire box in a few weeks left until they expire so it’s just a waste of product and money. If they want to get rid of expiring stock they should sell it at a discount, not take advantage of unsuspecting customers. Please beware and check expiry dates of everything because they clearly can’t be trusted. Not shopping there ever again!
I would have given no stars if it was possible. Very poor service. Arrogant pharmacist who was trying to teach me wrong things about medicines where I was just looking for simple eyes drops that we usually find in any pharmacy on self service. Took her time with their delivery person without even having a shadow of customer oriented service. A real shame. I will rather go buy my medicines from Abu Dhabi than going back there !!!
