as you can see in attached photo, there are no patient collecting their medicine ,but the lady told me to wait till 30 minutes to get my medicine which is already approved by the insurance. they are just talking and nothing to do but let me wait for 30 minutes.
So happy we switch all our prescriptions here. Super efficient service, friendly staff and great follow up when my prescriptions are ready. Highly recommend!
Very disappointed! Super impolite staff. Along all pharmacies i saw in uae i believe this is another level of systematic dissatisfaction unit. I think they are intentionally making mistakes when submitting the documents to the insurance. Speechless...
