Marina Pharmacy | Al Barsha South
DubaiMed AI Analysis
Mixed patient feedback: several reviewers praise helpful, knowledgeable staff and a well‑stocked pharmacy, while recent reviews report rude or dismissive behavior and upselling. Website evidence is limited and mostly shows a generic chain e‑commerce presence (24/7 delivery), so claims about credentials and facilities are sparse.
Local residents seeking a nearby, well‑stocked pharmacy and over‑the‑counter supplies, with option for delivery.

- •Multiple reviews note well‑stocked inventory (BP monitors, baby products, feminine care).
- •Several reviewers praised specific pharmacists as knowledgeable and helpful for medications and dosing.
Considerations
- •Recent negative reviews describe rude or dismissive staff behavior and poor communication.
- •At least one reviewer reported immediate recommendation of more expensive medications (possible upselling).
- •No clear credentials, accreditations, or detailed facility information available on the website.

I just moved in this area, and I can see that I m not the only one who complain… first time and last time I go to this pharmacy the guy (older one) was very arrogant and disrespectful when I asked a random question he starts to laugh like my questions was stupid. I had a strong headache and in france I used to take 1000mg paracetamol and in dubai I find only 250mg so I told him that is it enough with the others components and he laughed and didn’t answer
The pharmacist I dealt with was unfortunately not professional and seemed to lack basic communication skills. She’s normally aware that part of being a pharmacist is maintaining a calm, respectful tone, not reacting in an immature, passive-agressive or dismissive way. People come to a pharmacy because they’re not feeling well, so a bit of consideration goes a long way. Additionally, it’s not ethical to immediately suggest the most expensive medication when more affordable alternatives serve the same purpose, it gives poor impression of the pharmacy. It would be much more professional to provide options and let customers make an informed choice.
Well-stocked and has everything you need. From BP monitors and medicinal honey, to feminine products and luxury spa. Note: This pharmacy is NOT 24/7 and closes at 1am. I also want to highlight Vianne. She is not only professional and knowledgeable about different products and medications, but also has an enthusiastic and bubbly personality. Nobody wants to go in and buy medicines from a morosive or super serious person! This is why I love her attitude and give her a big thumbs up. 👍
