I recently had my implant procedure done here. The procedure was explained clearly The staff were attentive and supportive. The doctor was skilled and gave me great confidence throughout the treatment. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality treatment at a reasonable price.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Ahmed Eldawi — he is a true professional, kind and very understanding. I am extremely thankful for the work he has done. However, my overall experience with the clinic was disappointing. Every time I visited, the atmosphere at reception was unwelcoming. The staff always looked unhappy and never once greeted me. There was a male receptionist who, whenever I asked questions, behaved as if I was interrupting something very important. On one occasion, he even tried to charge me for a service that I never received. On another visit, he decided on behalf of my insurance company that I was not eligible for reimbursement. As for his colleague, she could not even find my payment record and failed to see that everything had already been paid. The final straw was when instead of booking me for surgery, they scheduled a consultation. This was very important to me, as I had prepared for the procedure and taken time off work. In the end, I had no choice but to leave. Unfortunately, the unprofessionalism of the reception staff makes me not want to return to this clinic, despite the excellent work of Dr. Ahmed.

The clinic has an incredible team of doctors and specialists who are not only highly skilled but also genuinely caring and professional. Every treatment I have received over the years has been handled with great expertise and attention to detail, which is why I keep coming back without a second thought. A special mention to Dr. Suhail, Dr. Mallika, Dr. Priyanka and Dr. Mariam for their outstanding care and dedication. They truly go above and beyond for their patients. Highly recommended to anyone looking for reliable and top-quality dental care.
