I visited this Marhaba clinic yesterday for calf muscle pain and was given an attendance letter. My company requires a proper sick leave certificate, so I called today and was told I could send my husband to collect it. My husband went to the clinic and waited for 1 hour. The doctor Saiful Alam prodhan informed that I must come in person because the he needed to check my vitals before issuing the certificate. I then went to the clinic myself. However, the doctor issued the sick leave certificate without checking my vitals at all. This was extremely inconvenient and a waste of time for both me and my husband. If a physical examination was not actually required, I should not have been asked to come in. If it was required, then it should have been done. Clear communication would have saved us 2+ hours and unnecessary travel while I was unwell. I expect better coordination and honesty from a medical facility. the admin process needs serious improvement.
Dr. Nihal was professional, and took the time to make me feel comfortable and well cared for. The receptionist and the entire staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and supportive throughout my visit. Their genuine care and positive attitude made the whole experience a pleasant one. One of the best clinics in Dubai ❤️ All the nurses are very friendly, caring, and extremely helpful. From the moment you enter, it feels like home because of their warm and supportive nature. I truly love the entire staff, but there is one nurse whose name I don’t know — she is tall and fair, and she is my favorite. She feels like a mother to me 🥹🤍 Her care and kindness mean a lot. My gynecologist Dr. Meghna Jain is absolutely the best. She is very kind, patient, and supportive. I am her pregnancy patient, and she has helped me so much throughout my journey.
