I came to the clinic because of Dr. Forough. And I booked the appointment with her. Unfortunately this clinic sent another doctor when I was there. Only after I pointed out she is not Dr. Forough then they just made stories saying she can’t make it to come. And the similar story happened to my friend again as well. Very disappointed. Will never ever come to this CHEATING clinic again. Below are the words for this clinic. First of all, your clinic is WRONG in confirming the appointment to the patients with Dr. Forough even Dr. Forough is not able to be there to offer the treatment. Secondly, The patients have the legal right to get informed if the doctor has been changed in advance, not after taking all the time and effort coming to your clinic, waiting there for their turn and siting in the treatment room in the end, then they came to know that Dr. Forough is not available. Thirdly, In my experience when I visited your clinic and sat down on the treatment chair, This Sadaf was about to do the treatment for me even without telling me that she is not Dr. Forough!! Just Imagining if a patient who never meet Dr. Forough before, he/she would take for granted that she is the one. No matter she offer a good treatment or not, cheating is cheating. Because the reason I come to your clinic is because of Dr. Forough, not someone called Sadaf. I could have saved my time and energy to go for a much better clinic with my preferred doctor if I knew Dr. Forough is not available there in advance. It is a shame to make use of the reputation of Dr. Forough to attract or trap the patients to come there, and silently change someone else, only letting the patients know about it or even not telling them after they taking all the time and effort to reach there. This is not the correct way to make business. Yes, the final decision to proceed the appointment lies with the patients. But for the patients whoever already made their effort to reach there, there were no other better options expect to go for the treatment with the doctor whoever just in front of them at that moment. Because time is valuable for everybody and they would not get any compensation if they just walk away . Because your clinic doesn’t care how much time and effort the patients made to be there. And the most important thing is, Sadaf didn’t take the initiative to introduce herself even she knew that the patients made the appointment with Dr. Forough and they came for Dr. Forough!! This is unacceptable pure cheating!! I kept quiet and didn’t go for any complaints after my treatment. However the same thing happened again to my friend. He didn’t get informed that doctor got changed until he sat in the treatment room. And this Sadaf didn’t bother to introduce herself until my friend asked where is Dr. Forough. Hope my words here are clear for you to understand why I complained. If you still think that you are right in doing this, I don’t mind to go for a higher complaint.

I visited this clinic because I had excruciating pain in my wisdom tooth. From the moment I walked in the staff made me feel very comfortable and at ease. Dr. Forough was very quick and gentle with her extraction, I barely felt a thing. The procedure itself was very painless, and the aftercare instructions were clear and helpful. I finally got a good night’s sleep after the extraction. Thank you to the team at Maral Dental Center for that!

One of the bad clinic in dubai. Wastage of time. Un professional staff and poor hygiene.I would highly recommend do not go in this clinic. The doctors are highly unprofessional along with the staff. I personally went there and it was one of the worst experience in my life. I want to complain about this.
