I took a Saturday morning Pilates Reformer Strength Ladies Only class with Bethany. The class was challenging but a great workout. Bethany gave clear instructions and offered modifications for the more difficult moves. The venue is a little hard to find in the dusty area of Al Quoz and limited parking, but on the weekend it was manageable. The Pilates studio is intimate with 8 reformer machines, I felt like they could have hangers or shelves for our abayas and belongings. I did appreciate that the bathrooms were very clean with towels and new showers. Will be visiting again for more Pilates classes and to check out booking the Padel courts!

A genuine hidden gem and right in the heart of the city! This place has so much more going on than you’d expect, their cafe is adorable with nice drinks menu, which is a great spot to relax before or after a session. I tried a reformer class as a complete beginner and was honestly a little nervous, but the instructor was absolutely brilliant. Very professional, and made sure I felt included every step of the way. Couldn’t have asked for a better introduction. I also had a look at the padel and tennis courts, which are seriously impressive in a really cool setting. Going to try cycling next time!

This is my favorite place for reformer Pilates and paddle. It’s very convenient that there are changing rooms where you can take a shower after your session. A big thank you for the valet parking- it’s incredibly convenient to just drop off your car and not worry about parking, especially when you’re in a rush. I also have to mention Johana, who is a fantastic trainer- professional, attentive, and highly motivating.

Such a great place to play padel with friends, both indoor and outdoor courts are available. They also offer Pilates and yoga sessions. Highly recommend!
