Maira Beauty Salon

I had a wonderful encounter with veteran hair stylist Ms. Sobia at this salon near Burjuman Station. The gray haircolor, shampoo, and cut were all excellent. We spoke in English, but the relaxing moment I felt it was divine guidance. I had an accident where some hair dye got on my fingers, but the staff members were quick to come up with ways to remove it. Some even tried applying remover-soaked cotton to my fingers, while the owner even secretly ran out to buy remover cleaner. The entire salon was filled with warmth and thoughtful kindness, and I was deeply moved. Perhaps because of the passage of time, the dye was not completely removed, but I went home optimistic. I'm happy to report that three days later, the dye on my fingers had completely disappeared. The owner used translation software to show me questions in Japanese, such as, "Are you satisfied with the hair color and cut?", which made me feel a sense of familiarity. When I asked who the Maira in the salon's name was, she replied that there is no Maira at the salon. The owner's name was "Devaangi," she wrote in beautiful, easy-to-read handwriting. Born in Dubai as the second generation of Indian immigrants, she started this salon after getting married and has been running it for three and a half years. She is a talented young woman with a warm and tactful personality, and she speaks Arabic, English, Hindi, and Gujarati.

I had a great head massage with hair spa, hair cut and blow dry last night. I was attended to carefully from the time I got it even until I left this salon. Ms Sobia exceeded my expectations when it comes to a salon. Sobia is very meticulous. She really knows what she's doing. She carefully put treatment to my hair, cut it and blow dry it one by one. I'm surprised she's also the one who did my nails with so much passion. She made sure it's well-cleaned before she puts the polish. She's accommodating as well as the Indian lady. They were very welcoming. Sobia asks from time to time if I want coffee or tea. The place has this minimalist yet stylish look. You can definitely relax here because it's not really crowded. The place is overall clean and tidy. I can't wait to go back.

Had the most amazing experience. The parlour service was impeccable. Right from waxing where after process there was a thorough check done by the assistants. Also the root touch up was super since the color chosen was the perfect and blended into my current hair colour at the very first time. Nails pristine. Would definitely recommend for its quality service , cleanliness and warmth of the staff.

Visited twice for a detan facial and a haircut, and both experiences were wonderful. I did the facial along with my friend, and we were both extremely satisfied with the service. The facial and massage were very relaxing, soothing, and done with great care. The hospitality was also excellent and truly commendable. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I’ll definitely visit again.
