I had a disappointing experience at the salon. Eram was the only one working and was very busy, while other staff were sitting free but refused to assist me and told me to wait for her. Eram even asked them to help, but they declined. I didn’t have time to wait. Eventually, Nabila helped me and she was excellent and actually good . I also appreciate Eram, Samreen, and Karena for their professionalism. However, the Filipina hairstylist and the receptionist ( Forgot their names) stayed seated without offering service despite being available. I hope management improves teamwork and customer service.
This is honestly the best salon I’ve been to in terms of both service and price. The staff are skilled, polite, and really take their time to make sure you’re happy with the result. The prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. Highly recommend!
