Both doctors were professional, knowledgeable, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process. Their team was supportive, attentive, and really cared about every detail. A special thanks to Nawal, who arranged everything in a perfect way from start to finish. She made the whole journey smooth and stress-free. Overall, I feel confident recommending them to anyone considering a hair transplant. Hoping for excellent results soon.

My experience with this clinic was very disappointing. It has been a full year since my hair transplant procedure, and the final result is far from satisfactory. There are still many noticeable gaps, and the distribution of the grafts was uneven, with some areas appearing overly dense while other areas remain sparse. In addition, I did not receive adequate follow-up care or attention from the doctor after the procedure, which I believe is essential for achieving the best possible outcome. After a full year and seeing the final results, I cannot recommend this clinic based on my personal experience.

Pathetic customer service... they are sweet when you book and they take money but later its obnoxious. The reviews above may not be verified as they lure customers but their services are not at all good. Watch out! There ware way too many better reputatable and economical places in Dubai! My feedback is based purely on my personal experience and an initial review of the services received. The concern raised was the clear gap between how the HydraFacial and microneedling services are promoted and how they were actually delivered during my visit. To clarify, there were no complimentary services provided. Any follow-up offered was presented as a form of compensation for outcomes that were not achieved, not as a goodwill or free service. This distinction is important. While marketing and branding can set expectations, the actual service quality, technique, and attention to detail ultimately determine client satisfaction. In my case, the experience did not align with the standards implied in the clinic’s promotion. This review is shared solely as honest consumer feedback, without intent to misrepresent or generalize, and reflects my individual experience.

I would like to share my entire experience with LYV Authentic Clinic, conveniently located near Jumeirah—just a five-minute ride from downtown, making it extremely easy to visit without any hassle. The clinic also offers plenty of RTA parking, which is usually available at any time of the day. During Ramadan, I came across their social media advertisements promoting various services. Intrigued, I decided to book a free consultation with Dr. Katia. Upon arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist, Ms. Nawal, whose beautiful smile and positive attitude made me feel instantly comfortable. Meeting Dr. Katia was an absolute pleasure—she is exceptionally professional, knowledgeable, and clearly an expert in her field. She took the time to clearly explain the procedure and truly understood my expectations and vision for the results. The surgery itself was performed by a skilled young nurse named Mohammad, under the close supervision of Dr. Katia. The entire procedure lasted around eight hours, and I experienced almost zero pain. They even allowed me to use my phone throughout the process, which helped keep me relaxed. Ms. Nawal continued to check on me several times during the procedure to ensure I was feeling well. She even arranged food for me, which helped me stay strong and comfortable—especially considering the multiple anesthesia and painkiller injections I received in the scalp and donor areas. I feel truly lucky to have chosen this clinic. Their pricing is very affordable, and the level of care and professionalism is exceptional. I highly recommend LYV Authentic Clinic to anyone considering similar procedures—you won’t regret it.
