I had my first ever massage at Lux spa with Rose and honestly it was such a beautiful experience. She talked me through the whole process step by step which really helped calm my nerves. I felt completely comfortable and at ease the entire time. Rose was so professional, gentle and attentive, always checking in to make sure I was okay. You can really tell she cares about her clients and takes pride in what she does. She even offered me tea afterwards which was such a sweet and thoughtful touch. I’m so glad my first experience was with her I would definitely recommend Rose to anyone, especially if it’s your first time.

We had couple massage with Darlyn and Jessica and this was our first time....it was a great discovery to know somewhere nearby we can access into this relaxing escape. Darlyn did a great a relaxing massage to me and i nearly fell asleep, she was very attentive and pampering as well. Whilst hubby enjoyed his hard deep tissue massage with Jessica. We had a quick steam as well it was a nice experience. Thank you so much and also for Helen who assisted us for booking. Definitely had wonderful time and hope to be back soon.

Her technique was both relaxing and therapeutic, and I left feeling completely refreshed and light. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients’ well-being. Highly recommend booking with her if you’re looking for a real, quality massage experience!
