I attended this clinic after being recommended for an ultrasound assessment regarding previous filler and potential dissolving/refilling. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the start. The booking process was frustrating, with some confusion around dates and appointment times. My appointment was scheduled for 7pm, the final slot of the day, but the clinic was running behind schedule. While I completely understand that delays happen and that the doctor needed to step away briefly, the consultation felt quite rushed overall. The doctor herself was pleasant and professional. After assessing my concerns, she advised that my under-eye area did not require treatment, which I appreciated as it felt like honest advice rather than being encouraged into unnecessary procedures. However, I paid a consultation fee and was never informed that it was only redeemable against treatment if completed within a specific timeframe. This only came to light later when I enquired about another concern that had actually been raised during the consultation itself. I was then told I would need to pay for another consultation, which would only be redeemable if treatment was carried out on the day. Had this policy been explained clearly from the outset, I could have made a more informed decision. I was also sent information to help me research the recommended treatment, but the material appeared to be promotional information from the equipment manufacturer rather than independent patient information, so it wasn't particularly useful for the research I wanted to undertake. When I later contacted the clinic with a follow-up question regarding treatment options for my chin area, the response was brief and did not really answer my question. Overall, while the doctor was friendly and seemed knowledgeable, the consultation felt rushed, communication was lacking, and important information regarding consultation fees and treatment policies was not made clear. As a result, I would not choose to return.

The doctor Iman Itani she is an amazing doctor and woman: She doesn’t only make you a treatment but she takes care of it giving you advice and the best option for your requests, taking consideration of all the aspects of the client. This has always demonstrate that everything she does, she put passion and love and really care about her patients. It’s been 3 years that I’m Lueur clinic’s client and I’ve always been happy of my results! Highest professionalism and my favorite aesthetic doctor since I’ve arrived in Dubai!!

I’ve been coming to this clinic for some skin concerns and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. From the moment you walk in, the receptionist makes you feel genuinely welcome and at ease. The nurses are incredibly kind, attentive, and supportive throughout every visit. The doctor is truly amazing—highly knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely caring, always taking the time to understand your concerns and ensure the best results. The level of care and attention from the entire team really stands out, and you can tell that patient comfort and satisfaction are their top priority. I always feel well looked after, and the results speak for themselves. Highly recommend!

I had been struggling with rosacea for a long time, and it really affected my confidence. After seeing Dr. Iman, everything changed. She is truly knowledgeable and understood my condition right away, which made me feel reassured from the first visit. She created the right treatment plan for me, and I finally started seeing real results. Later, I also did Botox with her, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome. The results were natural, balanced, and exactly what I was hoping for. Dr. Iman is not only highly skilled but also very attentive and professional. I genuinely trust her and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for effective treatments and great care.

I’m extremely disappointed and upset with my experience here. I visited the clinic just two weeks ago to fix one small pimple, and after paying over 8,000 AED, my skin ended up in a much worse condition. The doctor used a PH formula treatment that I didn’t even need, and since then, I’ve been breaking out with new pimples every day. Despite contacting them multiple times and sharing updates about my skin, they’ve offered no real support or solution only suggested I buy Skinoren, which is the cheapest over-the-counter product, instead of taking responsibility and helping me fix the damage they caused. I honestly expected professional care and accountability, not this careless treatment and attitude. I truly regret trusting them with my face.
