I wanted to give zero star but there is no option for that. lucky dream Al khail mall Therapist(ruby) & massage - 3 star. Receptionist - ZERO star. Customer relationship - ZERO *Worst behavior towards the customer & very rude.* Zero communication skills, English is just for communication but patience is very important. I tried to reach other branches (lucky cat, lucky diamond & lucky sky) to contact the manager in order to make a complaint but the other receptionist *refused* to give the manager/boss number & very lethargic in hearing my complaint. Please think twice before visiting this place. Thanks!
