Alhamdulillah, excellent experience at Lotus Medical Center, Al Quoz. Very affordable with professional service. From reception to blood collection, BP check, and doctor consultation — everything was smooth and well managed. Great staff and very good care. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 💯

The medical center provides excellent service with fast and efficient patient care. The staff treat patients with kindness and professionalism, making every visit comfortable. The laboratory test services are also quick and well organized. Special thanks to Dr. Madhawa for the great care and support, and also to the male receptionist who was extremely helpful and friendly (unfortunately I forgot to ask his name). Overall, this is a highly recommended medical center with reasonable and affordable prices for everyone.

I had a very disappointing experience with the nursing staff during my recent visit. Specifically, nurses Greshma and Ninu were unprofessional and rude in their interactions with me. I was in nursing room. When I asked for assistance regarding information. I was met with a dismissive tone and felt disrespected as a patient. Basic courtesy and empathy were missing, which added stress to an already difficult situation. I understand healthcare is a high-pressure environment, but professionalism should not be compromised. Patients expect to be treated with dignity. I hope the hospital management addresses this with the staff involved. Other departments at Lotus were fine, but this experience with nursing overshadowed everything else. For hospital management Please investigate and take corrective action. I’m willing to provide more details if contacted.

It was our first time visiting, and we went for a consultation with the physiotherapist. At the reception, everything was very unorganized. You still have to fall in line, they register you, and then they ask what your concern is — so the appointment system and the instruction to arrive 15 minutes early are basically useless. We arrived early, but nothing happened at first. We waited in the waiting area, thinking they would call our number or token. But we started getting worried because it was already 3 PM, which was our appointment time, and we still weren’t being called. We had to approach a staff member ourselves, and only then did we learn about the process. It was very disorganized. Secondly, when the doctor — supposedly an expert in physiotherapy — checked the patient, no tests were done. According to the patient, he only mentioned that his lower back (lumbar area) was painful. The doctor immediately said he already knew the problem, without even doing an X-ray or any proper assessment. They just applied hot gel and used a machine. Now it has been 3 weeks, and nothing has improved. In fact, the pain got worse. The package we availed wasn’t even followed properly. We tried reaching out to them and informed them that the pain was still there, but the reception insisted that there was no doctor available. She took my number and said she would call back, but she never did. For me, this is the worst experience — very unprofessional. To DR MR. ARIF KHAN we regret doing physiotheraphy with you. We are so dumbed for trusting you .We will never come back.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent and outstanding service of Dr. Tayyaba. Because of her, the stress I felt from my knee injury has greatly improved. You can truly see that she is dedicated to her work and genuinely loves what she does. I will definitely recommend her to my friends and acquaintances. 100% Satisfied
