Second Lagree Studio I have been to and I am happy to say that I am hooked. This place also offers infrared suana and ice baths and they have 2 types of Lagree: microformer and megaformer. I have been to Rushni’s classes and she is an absolute gem! She pushes you to your limits and guides you all throughout the class. PS. The place is located in sa mall area in Al Quoz and might be confused and there is a only a small sign. Make sure to go there earlier just in case of traffic .
Kristine was so positive throughout the class. She was able to help every single one of us work on our form! I know 100% tomorrow i’ll be even more grateful for taking her class🫣
Longevity is hands down my favorite place to work out. They recently added my favorite Lagree class, and everything is just great. The addition of infrared saunas and ice baths really takes it to the next level. The location is a bit unexpected, but trust me, you’ll want to go try it yourself.
I had an amazing experience at Longevity Hub, especially taking a Lagree Micro class with the incredible coach Noor. The class was challenging, well-structured, and incredibly effective, and Noor guided us with such professionalism, encouragement, and positive energy throughout. Everything ran smoothly from start to finish, and the studio itself felt welcoming and well-organized. A special shoutout to the reception team, who were so supportive, friendly, and helpful—they really made the whole experience even better. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend Longevity Hub to anyone looking for a top-quality workout experience!
Not safe at all! I lost my belongings and the team did not give any attention to it I kept calling back checking if they found it and they were replying with attitude I requested a call back from the management which was ignored couple of times And no solution Super disappointed will never go back again.
