LLH Medical Centre Al Quoz
DubaiMed AI Analysis
LLH Medical Centre Al Quoz appears to be a clean, modern outpatient hospital with a broad set of specialties and named clinicians on the network website. Patient reports praise professionalism and good physiotherapy outcomes but multiple recent reviews highlight long waits, reception understaffing and occasional insurance-handling problems.
Outpatient specialty care (e.g., physio, general medicine, orthopedics) if you prioritize facilities and clinical breadth but can tolerate variable wait times.

I recently visited LLH Medical Centre, and my experience was very positive from the beginning. The entire medical centre is very clean, well organized, and modern. The reception area is spacious, with enough seating, and the overall environment feels calm and comfortable. The counter and token system are well managed, so there was no confusion. The pharmacy is conveniently located inside the centre, very organized, and the staff there are helpful. Having tea or coffee available while waiting was a nice added touch. The staff are polite, professional, and provide clear guidance. Cleanliness is noticeable throughout the corridors, cabins, and vitals room. Clear signage makes it easy to move around, even for first time visitors. Overall, I am satisfied with the service, environment, and management. I would definitely recommend this centre to anyone looking for a reliable medical facility.
I had a great experience with this physiotherapy clinic. After my knee surgery, the therapists were very professional, supportive, and knowledgeable. They helped me improve my knee movement and strength step by step. Mr. Safwan is so friendly, and the treatment plan was clear and effective. I am very happy with my recovery progress.
Staff and the housekeeping and the doctors were very nice and accomodating. but I can say that this clinic is very much UNDERSTAFFED. Imagine waiting for 3-4 hrs just to get checked and get sickleave certificate. You should add more staff in the reception. There is only 1 person in reception and more than 15 patients waiting in cue. What is this!!!! Company is rich but understaffed? UNACCEPTABLE 👎
Very disappointing experience. I have been waiting for more than 1 hour and still haven’t been able to see the doctor. Only 4 tokens were called during this time, even though the doctor’s room was free. The issue is clearly with the front desk management. The staff are very slow, unresponsive, and unable to give any clear information about waiting time. Patients are left waiting without proper communication while the system is not being handled efficiently. Due to this poor service, I had to leave without consulting the doctor. This level of mismanagement and lack of professionalism is unacceptable. Hope the management takes this seriously and improves the service.
On 19 Feb 2026, I visited LLH Medical Center Al Quoz 2 after Iftar. I was in a very bad condition, feeling extremely dizzy and weak. I took a ticket at 7:55 PM, but the staff ignored me for 1 hour and 10 minutes. After making a sick patient wait for over 70 minutes, they checked my ID and told me my insurance is not accepted here. This is pure negligence! If they checked it at the start, I wouldn't have wasted my time in such a condition.
