I’m very disappointed with my recent experience at this pharmacy. I placed and fully paid for an order that included medication and milk for my baby, expecting a fast delivery within 30 minutes as indicated at the time of purchase. Because of this promise, I relied on the order arriving quickly, especially since it involved essential items for my baby. However, after waiting and then contacting customer service for an update, I was told that the item was actually not available and would only be restocked the next day. This was very upsetting and unacceptable, especially as it involved urgent baby essentials. This information should have been clearly communicated before accepting payment and confirming the order. The lack of proper stock control and communication caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. If the items were out of stock, they should not have been listed as available for immediate delivery. I also expected better customer service support, such as offering an alternative product or a quicker solution, but none was provided. Overall, this experience was very disappointing and stressful, especially as it involved my baby’s medication and milk. I hope the pharmacy improves its inventory system and ensures accurate, real-time stock updates so that other customers do not face similar issues in the future

Very poor service, they promise to call but they don’t get back. This is pharmacy and healthcare, so delays are not acceptable My medicine are fully covered with insurance and they still ask for payment (claiming that it is vat, copayment, .. ) which is never paid in another pharmacy. Now I have been waiting 5 days and till the moment my medicine is not delivered. Will not use this service/pharmacy again for sure
