I had a fantastic experience at Life Pharmacy DSO. The pharmacist Mr. Sathiyamurthy Kannappan was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain the dosage and benefits of my supplements clearly. It’s rare to find someone who is both professional and genuinely caring. Highly recommend this branch for their expert guidance!

This is the second time I’ve experienced the exact same issue — not just at this pharmacy, but across different branches — and it’s extremely disappointing. The staff failed to properly check the prescription against the required dosage (ml per month) and instead dispensed only a single bottle, which was clearly insufficient for a full month’s treatment. This is a basic calculation that should always be verified before dispensing medication. The first time this happened, I trusted the pharmacy and only realized later that the medication would not last the month. As a result, I had to reopen my doctor’s file, pay for another consultation, and get the prescription reissued — all because of a dispensing error that could have easily been avoided. This time, I double-checked the delivery myself and immediately noticed the same mistake. I had to request that the calculation be redone and the correct quantity be sent after approval. Patients should not have to audit their own prescriptions to ensure they receive the right amount. Medication dispensing requires attention to detail and responsibility. Repeating the same basic error shows a serious lack of proper verification processes. Very disappointed with the service and the inconvenience caused.

My experience at Live Pharmacy was outstanding. Under the leadership of Mr. Satya and his team, the pharmacy provides excellent and respectful service. They explain medications clearly and understand patients’ needs, even for simple symptoms like a cold or cough, without always needing a doctor’s visit. The place is clean, well-organized, and easy to navigate. What stands out even more is the diversity of the team, who speak different languages, making it easy for every customer to receive great service. They quickly provide items that are out of stock, and all of this is thanks to the excellent management by Mr. Satya and the team. I highly recommend this pharmacy.

Satyamoorthy the pharmacist was super kind and helpful, very solutions orientated guy helped me out with 2 difficult prescriptions and took it on him to provide solutions . I was not even that interested to get a solution or buy in this store as i had something closer to my home , but he insisted and followed up and ensured the medication was delivered to my house by the end of the day. SUPER KIND AND FRIENDLY GUY , very sincere at what he does even it adds more work for him.
