Nice Service on time very smart and alert staff , good products and they are very to the customer good service
Fun Fact: This is the very first Life Pharmacy in the UAE, the one that started it all. Operating from 6.30 in till 2 in the morning, you pretty much find all what you need and more than the typical medicines. It is a busy store, so don’t get your hopes up in getting your call answered: and for that WhatsApp should be ideal inquiry channel. They do offer free delivery on cash or card, with many offers all year round. So if you have time, see for yourself inside the union coop and outside as well. They offer a limited time voucher for every insurance prescription, so head out whilst you can.
I happened to visit this store during my recent visit to Dubai, such an excellent service. Kind, caring & informative pharmacist. I felt they had my best interests at heart. The store is very well sorted and it was easy to pan around without an hassle.
I placed an order in this branch at 10 PM, and it was accepted without any issues. Given that this was an important medication, I expected timely delivery or at least clear communication. Only to wait until 2 AM and realize that no one was coming. A pharmacy should understand the urgency of medication, yet no effort was made to inform me earlier or offer an alternative solution. Had I known, I would have made other arrangements. This lack of responsibility and care from the staff is deeply concerning! what if this had been a real emergency? A simple apology without action is not enough!!! I sincerely hope the management takes this feedback seriously and implements better protocols to avoid putting customers in such situations again. A pharmacy’s priority should be the well-being of its customers, not just accepting orders without ensuring they can fulfill them.
