Dear Life Pharmacy Customer Service, I would like to seek clarification regarding a recent purchase of Panadol Cold & Flu from your branch located at Metro Station, Escape Tower – Shop No. 3, Sheikh Zayed Rd, near Business Bay, Dubai. I have previously purchased the same product from other Life Pharmacy branches, and those boxes were always sealed. However, in this recent purchase from the above-mentioned branch, the outer box had no seal. I also contacted your online chat support (Stanley), and I was informed that “as per store team, currently stocks are not coming in sealed box.” This raised my concern whether sealed packaging is only being supplied to selective branches, while others receive unsealed boxes. I would also like to mention that the product was handed over by Pharmacist Arif Mohammed, and at the time of dispensing, there was no mention or clarification regarding the absence of the outer seal. Could you please confirm whether this is normal packaging for this product, or if there are different packaging types depending on batch, supplier, or branch allocation? Additionally, I would appreciate your confirmation on whether the product dispensed is genuine and whether the absence of an outer seal is expected for this specific stock. I’m the all time buyer of aptamil powder from life pharmacy they give me In best price and they give me voucher too I have purchased from many life branches before all gave me voucher on this product but when I had a work in business bay the nearest pharmacy was this where I walked in and took my product after billing the lady pharmacist that they don’t give voucher for the confirmation she called some one and asked on loud speaker only when the third person came to inform about voucher she spoke personally at the last which I could not hear and laughed and told no this is very bad game what they played this branch needs people like such who as others working in other branches I know very well the product has vocher I’m daily intake person after billing they inform this is very wrong.thank you
