I had a very disappointing experience with Ramada Pharmacy in Mankhool. We ordered urgent stomach medication for a patient who was in serious condition. After waiting 45 minutes, we politely sent a reminder message because the patient’s situation was critical. Instead of responding professionally, their staff member behaved very rudely and even threatened to cancel the order if we sent another message. This is completely unacceptable, especially when dealing with medical emergencies. If someone is in serious condition, timely delivery and respectful communication should be a priority. Such irresponsible behavior can put lives at risk. If anyone values their time and needs urgent medical support, I would strongly suggest reconsidering before ordering delivery from here. Very disappointed with the service.
The service has always been fabulous! I’ve been dealing with them for a couple of years now, and they never fail to impress. The team is always cooperative, compassionate, and genuinely caring toward their customers. Manager Anita and her wonderful team consistently go above and beyond to make things happen. I have purchased levitam 500 on 28th march (Monday) from Al tawhidi 2 building mankhool branch Dubai. I only used 1 tablet and it has 6 strips with 5 tablet. I had experienced a bad and very strong headache upon using the product. I have been using levessam 500 in India as per my doctor prescribes. So I wanted an alternative tablet as levessam is not available in UAE. Please refund money as can't use it further. I had visited the store many times these days . They are not successful in resolving the issue. They are telling it's a new product and cannot be billed as strips . They haven't told me that it's a new product at the time of purchase. Please do the needful. I have been a regular customer of life pharmacy and I expect a speedy response from your end.
