Very bad service. I ordered medicine for my child, and they said delivery would arrive within 30 to 60 minutes. I waited for 2 hours, but nothing was delivered. After I followed up with them, they said they had forgotten the delivery address, so they never sent the order. Very irresponsible staff and extremely disappointing experience.
Very disappointing experience. Dealing with the night shift team on 24 December 2025 was honestly a suffering, and this is not the first time I face such issues at this branch. The service was extremely slow, especially when communicating via phone and WhatsApp, with poor follow-up and no sense of urgency. The team did not feel trustworthy, and I personally did not feel comfortable dealing with them. This is not the level of service expected from a pharmacy. I do not recommend anyone to deal with this branch.
I was very upset about trainee lady. I have a voucher coupon for 50 AED. She didn’t informed me that if we buy that item on discount it’s will be only 30 AED. And also didn’t informed that if I use my voucher it will cost 50 AED. It’s kinda like a scam. If I know that I won’t used my coupon. Because of that lady I wasted 50 AED coupon and also spend 50 AED on that product. without that coupon that will only cost 30 AED.
