I’ve been waiting 5 days for a response regarding a refund of only 50 AED, and now I’m told it will take an additional 5 days to process the refund back to my debit card. Why wasn’t the refund process initiated from the day I requested it at the branch? 10 days for such a small amount is unacceptable. Please address this issue promptly.
At life Mazaya Center Pharmacy, I lived an experience worth sharing, I went to get insulin medication from my medical insurance, as the insurance refused to approve the treatment, but thanks to Mr. Naveen, who did not leave me, as he continued to communicate with the insurance for a period that may exceed a month until approval was obtained and the medication was approved, That person has a great talent in customer service, and honestly, if I were one of his managers, I would promote him for the benefit of the work.
