I would like to sincerely thank the team at Life Pharmacy for their excellent care and advice. During my visit, my blood pressure was very high (187/98), and the pharmacist calmly guided me on what to do. They recommended that I take magnesium with vitamin B6 and also advised me to go for a 30–40 minute walk and get proper rest. I followed their advice, and when I checked my blood pressure again, it had improved to 120/78, which made me very happy and relieved. I truly appreciate the professionalism, care, and helpful guidance provided. If every pharmacist supported patients in this way, many people would enjoy better health. Extremely horrible staff with zero manners and respect. I bought many medicines from the pharmacy regarding my infected toe and the pharmacy ushered me to the clinic to help me put the cotton and the tape around the infection. However, the nurses , who are just doing nothing and chatting, refused to do that saying this is not our business. Also, the pharmacy staff refused to help or even returned the unused items. This is both unacceptable and non humitarian.
I received excellent care from Ms. Jemsy (Pharmacist). She took time to explain everything clearly and made sure my medications were safe to take with other medicines . Her caring and professional approach was truly reassuring.
