I really came only to pist great review for experience in this pharmacy. I came to buy medicine that was mot covered by insurance and Akshaya, lovely lady that is working there, went above and beyond to help me change the medicine to the one that insurance does cover. She co tacted the insurance, then she helped me contact the hospital so doctor can change the perscription and more. Everything was done over the phone, i left home, they did all this changes, fou d the medicine that is covered by insurance and then delivered to my doorstep. I really did not expect any of that and i am speechless how they handled this case. And i am grateful people like this exist and go above an beyond in their roles. God bless them and give them all success. Amazing!

I visited Life Pharmacy at Cluster R on 16th September 2025 around 8:45 PM to purchase wrist support and a Vitamin D injection. Unfortunately, the pharmacist in charge was not very helpful when I asked about brand options and responded in a way that came across as rude and dismissive. At checkout, I also had to ask about adding my number for points, which was handled in an unprofessional manner compared to my usual experiences at Life Pharmacy. I have generally received very good service at this branch, so this experience was disappointing. I hope management looks into this matter to ensure customers continue to feel respected and supported.
