The medical center attached to the pharmacy is extremely slow and appears to be poorly organized. They continue to accept more patients even though there is only one nurse available, which leads to long waiting times and confusion. However, I would like to highlight that the pharmacist, Jincy, was very professional, kind, and helpful. She took the time to assist me properly and helped resolve the situation, which I really appreciated. Thank you Jincy and be blessed 😊
I had the worst experience of my life with life pharmacy. I bought a product more than a month ago that was mulfunctioning and not working properly. Returned it and the operator in charge of the pharmacy just kept calling and sending me Videos of the item telling me that I was basically lying and that the product was working perfectly. This was mid January. I haven’t received a refund I keep calling life pharmacy and they just ignore me. Please people buy items from Amazon and just try avoiding ordering or buying from life pharmacy. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
I had a blood test done at Life Pharmacy, Cluster J. I informed the staff in advance that I often faint during blood draws, and they immediately offered me the option to have the blood test while lying down, which I really appreciated. Special thanks to the nurse Jini Joy! She was very gentle, professional, and friendly, which made the whole process calm and comfortable. After the blood test, I was even given a cup of electrolytes. Overall, a very positive experience. I highly recommend doing blood tests here.
The staffs here are really friendly and helpful. At first, I got Logan, he helped me to manage the insurance until got approval. Awesome! Second, I got Navidh, he helped me to arrange some items to finish my voucher that will be expired on that day. How lucky JLT people have this pharmacy around .
